01Is the Starlink Mini included?
No. This product is a protective case and mounting system designed for Starlink Mini. The Starlink Mini device is sold separately.
02Which mounting kit should I choose?
Choose the suction cup kit for compatible smooth, non-porous surfaces. Choose the magnetic kit for compatible steel vehicle surfaces. If you mainly use Starlink Mini on a stable table or deck, the protective case can also be used without a vehicle mount.
03Can I move the case between vehicles?
Yes. Both removable mounting options support flexible setups. Always inspect and clean the contact surface and follow the supplied installation guidance before each use.
04Will it fit other Starlink models?
No. The case is shaped specifically for Starlink Mini and is not compatible with Standard, Gen 3, Actuated, or Flat High Performance models.
05Can I leave it mounted while driving?
Installation conditions vary by vehicle, surface, weather, and mounting method. Confirm every mount is fully secured before each trip and follow all supplied safety guidance. Do not rely on an unverified setup.
