Welcome to CTmods. We aim to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to help you understand the process and conditions under which returns and refunds can be made.

Return Window

1. Cancel Order: Allow consumers to cancel their orders earlier than the shipment time and within the time specified on the website.
2. Order Age: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders older than 1 month.
3. Return Period: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

Return Conditions

• Custom Products: Custom products in production with no quality issues are ineligible for refunds or returns. Upon receiving your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. Once inspection is complete, our customer service representative will process your refund or assist with an exchange order.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

• Processing: Once we have received and inspected the goods with no issues, the refund will be processed and credited back to your payment card within 3-5 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
• Restocking Fee: For products shipped for free, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged to cover our shipping costs. For non-free shipping items, a restocking fee of 10% applies. A 5% credit card processing fee will also be charged for items not yet shipped.
• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. We may decide to refund or replace excluded items, e.g., if you receive a damaged item. In such cases, please contact our after-sales service immediately.

Special Return Policy

• Custom Products: Items such as custom steering wheels are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Defective or Damaged: Custom products are not eligible for a refund unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. We provide ample information before you place your order to help you make an informed decision. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
