1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, contacting us, or purchasing products from CTmods, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

By using the Site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting us. CTmods may suspend, cancel, or refuse service if information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise violates these Terms.

3. Products, Availability, and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information, pricing, and availability accurately. However, product colors, packaging, specifications, or accessory details may vary slightly due to display settings, production updates, supplier changes, or regional requirements.

All products are subject to availability. We may change, discontinue, limit, or update products at any time without prior notice. Prices and promotions may also change at any time before an order is accepted.

Brand names, vehicle names, product names, and trademarks mentioned on the Site, including but not limited to Tesla, BYD, Starlink, and SpaceX, are the property of their respective owners. CTmods is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially sponsored by those trademark owners unless expressly stated.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

We currently accept payment methods made available at checkout, including major credit cards and PayPal where supported. By placing an order, you authorize CTmods or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the order total shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, payment issues, or suspected resale or unauthorized distribution activity.

If a pricing, product, or checkout error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or adjust the affected order. If your payment has already been processed and the order is cancelled, we will issue a refund according to the original payment method where possible.

5. Taxes, VAT/GST, Customs Duties, and Import Charges

The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay for your order, excluding any shipping fees or oversized-item surcharges that are clearly displayed before payment.

For orders placed through our website, CTmods covers applicable sales tax, VAT/GST, customs duties, and import duties where required. Customers are not required to pay additional import taxes or customs duties for eligible orders unless a different arrangement is clearly stated before checkout.

If a tax, customs, or import-duty issue occurs during delivery, please contact CTmods Support at support@ctmods.com. We will assist with the carrier or customs process whenever needed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders over USD $99 qualify for free standard shipping where eligible. Orders under USD $99 may be subject to shipping fees shown at checkout. Oversized items, including items over 20 kg, remote-area delivery, or special handling may incur additional shipping surcharges, typically USD $100 to USD $150. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, address verification, customs processing, carrier delays, remote delivery locations, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos or videos, and a clear description of the issue.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to our Return Policy and the condition of the product. Certain items may be ineligible for return once installed, used, customized, damaged by improper installation, or returned without required accessories or packaging.

8. One-Year Limited Warranty

CTmods provides a one-year limited warranty for eligible products purchased directly from our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, accidents, neglect, exposure to unsuitable conditions, normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, consumable parts, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

If a product is confirmed to be defective, CTmods may provide repair, replacement, refund, store credit, replacement parts, technical support, or another reasonable solution at our discretion. Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, photos, videos, diagnostic information, and return of the product or affected component.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. You may not interfere with the Site, attempt to bypass security features, scrape or copy Site content using automated tools, submit false information, misuse promotions, infringe third-party rights, or engage in activity that may harm CTmods, our customers, our partners, or our systems.

We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, suspend accounts, remove content, or take other appropriate action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, product pages, graphics, logos, layout, videos, and other materials, is owned by CTmods or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements through which CTmods provides products or services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact CTmods at support@ctmods.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and competent courts of Hong Kong SAR, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
