Yes,the DC port for the Mini is separate from the USB-C,so you can charge/discharge while the Mini stays on.

Q4:Can that be charged via solar paneland power the Mini at the same time?

Yes, the LinkPower 2 can power the Starlink Mini while also charging itself through the USB-C port using solar panels. Even when the USB-C is plugged in or unplugged, it will not affect the normal power supply to the Starlink Mini.

Q5:Does it attach to the Mini Dish strongly enough survive being amounted on a high pole?

Using a tripod or a 1/4-inch screw hole clamp,the LinkPower 2 can maintain a reliable connection with the Starlink Mini during stationary and general movement. However, it cannot guarantee a relable connection between the LinkPower 2 and the Starlink Mini during intense vibrations in the vertical direction
