Match the product’s compatibility listing to your Starlink model: Mini, Gen 2, Gen 3 or V5. Accessories are model-specific, so a Mini mount won’t automatically fit another version. Unsure which model you have? Send us a photo or model details before ordering at support@ctmods.com.

Choose by the mounting surface: suction mounts need clean, smooth, nonporous glass; magnetic mounts need a suitable steel surface, not aluminum or fiberglass. Clamp mounts suit compatible rails, racks or poles. Check the product’s dimensions and installation requirements against your vehicle before ordering.

Check the exact mount’s instructions before driving. Our magnetic mounts labeled for parked or temporary use should not be used for high-speed exterior mounting. For suction mounts, clean the glass, fully seat each cup and recheck the seal after movement or temperature changes. Holding-force ratings alone don’t establish driving safety.

Check both the power source and cable. For Starlink Mini with Starlink’s USB-C-to-barrel cable, the official requirement is USB-PD at 100W, 20V/5A. A power bank’s total wattage isn’t enough—the port you use must support the required output. Other cable setups and Starlink models have different requirements.

All nine bundles include a battery, with selected capacities from 99Wh to 222Wh. Runtime varies with Mini’s power use, temperature and other connected devices. Check the selected battery’s product page for capacity and runtime guidance. AC and vehicle adapters in these kits power the Mini; they are not universal battery chargers.

It may, but results depend on the glass, its coatings and the view of the sky. Test your Mini in the intended position before installing the mount. Keep the unit ventilated and avoid blocking your view or airbags. A mount provides positioning; it cannot guarantee reception through every vehicle’s glass.
