Most cushions are designed for posture. Ours is designed for the people who can't get out of the seat for hours.
50% more support points than the 24-cell knockoffs on Amazon.
Third-party gait lab, 8-hour seated test vs 24-cell control.
4×3 in deflated. Fits in your jacket pocket. Doesn't count toward carry-on.
Set up in 20 seconds. Adjust mid-drive with one hand.
We spend most of our work day behind the wheel testing Starlink rigs. We tried every cushion we could find. None survived six months of road life.
So we did what we always do at CTmods — called our manufacturing partners, sat in a half-furnished office, and iterated on a bladder design for eight months until we had something we'd trust on our own cross-country test runs.
It's a 36-cell pressure-mapped seat cushion in medical-grade TPU. Lighter than your phone. Fits in a jacket pocket. The only seat tool we ship with every Starlink Mini rig we install.
Mile cross-country test run, 2024 Starlink rollout.
Bladder iteration with our TPU manufacturer.
Owner-operators & PTs using it now.
We pulled hundreds of pain-language reviews from public review corpora. The same three situations come up again and again.

"Bone-bruise-like pain in the buttock. Severe pain in the tailbone and thighs. Leaning lopsided and lower back starts going."
— Verbatim from TruckersReport.com forum threads
"Sharp shooting pain. Tingling down the leg. Hard seats compress the sciatic nerve — numbness lasts days."
— Cleveland Clinic + PT-clinic descriptions
An airline seat puts up to double your body weight of pressure onto the coccyx and sit-bones. Foam wedges sink. Gel rings concentrate edge pressure. Inflatable cushions only work when there are enough cells to redistribute, not just absorb.
Peak coccyx pressure (8-hr seated, third-party gait lab)
Air cells — 50% more than knockoffs
When your sciatic nerve gets irritated, compressed, or inflamed, it shoots pain down your leg, causes foot tingling, or numbness that lasts days. Most cushions just put softer stuff between you and the seat. That's not how nerve compression works. You need pressure to move, not just cushion.
vs. 24-cell control, 8-hour seated test.
36 vs. typical 24 — finer pressure spread.
Held under load, every batch verified.
Airflow grooves between cells. No sweat trap.
Pressure concentrates on the coccyx. Dark red = high force.
Pressure spreads evenly across 36 cells.
11-hour driving days. Sleep-shift schedules. You're not getting up — your tailbone shouldn't pay for it.
"By mile 480 my left butt cheek is asleep."
Captain's chair, mile 480, day 7. Pressure-maps so you arrive at the next park ready to set up camp.
"Daily 6-8 hrs through the Rockies — still bulletproof."
Field techs, remote workers, off-grid creators. The seat is your second office.
"The cab is my chair. It needs to be the right chair."
14 hours in 31" pitch. Adjusts mid-flight without standing. Slides into the seat-back pocket.
"After 2 hours I let some air out — 18 hours felt like a few."
Tailbone fracture, post-hemorrhoidectomy, post-partum, pinched nerve. Pressure off the inflamed area.
"My PT recommended this over a $400 medical cushion."
You bought it for the road. You end up using it at your home office every day.
"My lower back doesn't lock up at 4 PM anymore."
No pump. No wires. No standing up mid-flight.
Three slow breaths through the valve. Done in 20 seconds.
Tap release to soften — without standing. Best at 50–60% inflation.
Press release, roll from valve end, snap closed. Slides into pocket.
Damp cloth + mild soap. Air dry. Waterproof TPU shell.

Fan! Nice sturdy stand solves the ground effect problem for mini use. I charged this up and ran my dish for 3+ hours on a 50-degree evening. When I powered down, the battery still had some juice left. I LOVE the cabling scheme here. In the past I've used Anker 737s for portable use, and while they are lighter, I had to carry a tripod and then figure out where to put the battery; either dropping it on the ground or rigging up something to support it. This solves both issues. The case is also well made and I appreciated the addition of all needed cables. This is my second Daqa purchase, the first being their Starlink mini carry case, which continues to serve me well. Today I ordered a second one. I don't need a second tripod, BUT would like a second battery. It would be nice to see the battery sold separately. I noted that one reviewer said this didn't fit their mini mount; it does fit my aftermarket mount (my mini came with the simple prop only). Perfect for an RVer!
Fits well into the Starlink Mini, charges fast from a USB, and makes the Starling truly portable. Will also work in reverse to charge your cell phone. Good product. Worth the wait.
Love this thing, I keep it on my car! Great cord length, charging speed, functionality, and with a colorful light. And it is so beautiful at night!!
Charges fast. It’s small enough for my space.
Functions as promised.
